1) Based on location information function : We will collect your location information (we only collect your location at the time, but will not combine your location information at various times to determine your whereabouts) to determine where you are Location. For example, when you buy a paper book in the bookstore, fill in the shipping address information, and you will be recommended to your city and region.
2) Additional functions based on voice technology: You can directly use the microphone to chat with customer service, or interact with other users in real-time in the chat room, or connect audio and video with the teacher while watching the live video.
3) Service functions based on the camera (camera): you use online customer service, chat, answer questions, use the camera, shooting functions, edit personal information, take photos and upload pictures, and scan the QR code.
4) Service function based on device information: When your account is used for user login, we will perform secondary authentication on the logged-in device to ensure that the logged-in device is your authorized device. We may collect information related to your logged-in device: Hardware model, device MAC address, IMEI, IMSI, mobile phone brand, system version. The collection of this information is used to protect your account security, anti-theft, and information security functions. We will not use it for other purposes.
